This Association was formed over 50 years ago by Major General Harry L Twaddle, the Division's World War Two commander during the entire period from activation at Camp Swift in 1942 to deactivation at Camp Shelby in 1945.
Although originally chartered to provide a means of contact and communication between individuals who had seen honorable service in the 95th Infantry Division, membership is now encouraged and available to next-of-kin, and any person who feels a sentimental attachment to the 95th Infantry Division Association.
Go to Becoming A Member, at the left side of this page, to learn more about the benefits of becoming an Association member. Just download, complete, and mail the Membership Application you find there along with your check. Or if you can pay by credit card, you can do the whole thing online.
Reunion 2008 in Toledo, so capably sponsored by Dick Schoen's
kids (all 14 of them) in his memory, is now history! And it's time to start
thinking and planning for Reunion 2009 (it's our 60th, believe it
or not) at the Biltmore Hotel in Oklahoma City. Many will remember
a well-attended affair there in 2001.
The dates are the same weekend as this year, but beginning on
Thursday, July 30, and concluding on Sunday, August 2. If
you need to refresh yourself on the location, and what the hotel
has to offer, go to their website at www.biltmoreokc.com
